"Where is God when you need HIM?"  - Three Discoveries 

Ezra - Family of Levi - no place to carry out the duties - " God of Heaven " - Not  " GOD with US " - NEED - Found God

Ezra 7: 10

10  For Ezra had prepared his heart to seek the law of the LORD, and to do it, and to teach in Israel statutes and judgments.

Nehemiah - Gov't worker.  Cup Bearer -  Risk Taker - Crisis - Need - Found God 

Nehemiah 1: 4 

4  And it came to pass, when I heard these words, that I sat down and wept, and mourned certain days, and fasted, and prayed before the God of heaven,

Esther - Crisis - Death Sentence - Nation - Holocaust the did NOT happen - NEED - Most interesting discovery.  Need a Deliverer,  God working on a Makeover for Esther
Esther - consumed by crisis. No metion of God in Book of Esther or pronoun.  Yet God seemed so far away, a friend reminds Esther that God is near, working on HIS time.

Esther 4: 14b

14b  who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this?
